The Skills Development Act (QCG) enables German companies to train their employees for digitalization, with the Employment Agency covering a significant portion of training costs and wage subsidies during the training.

Note: Company size is not the only criterion. If employees are over 45 years old or have a severe disability, the company typically receives full reimbursement of 100%, even if the company has between 50 and 499 employees.
